Refund policy

 

After receiving your parcel, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase simply send it back and we will be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and accompanied by your proof of purchase. The items must be returned to us unworn within 30days. This does not include sale items, body jewellery or gift cards.

Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card used to place your order.

Please ensure that any items returned to us are securely packaged as we will not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit for return or exchange. We would recommend when posting any items back to us to do so via recorded delivery and to obtain a receipt for your records. You are responsible for returning the item back to us and the return postage charge. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding our returns policy.

We trust all our products to be of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. Please ensure to retain your proof of purchase and guarantee booklet enclosed within the product box as this acts as your full manufacturing warranty. If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us to arrange return. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
